About Our
Principal Engineer.
Christopher Martinez, MSME, PE, has over a decade of engineering experience in building science and manufacturing disciplines. Known for rapidly adapting to new projects with minimal ramp-up time, he consistently delivers high-impact engineering solutions across a wide spectrum of challenges.
His five years in manufacturing included optimizing operations at three facilities, from production lines to site-wide efficiency — cultivating an industrial-grade problem-solving approach he now applies to complex construction defect investigations. He has specialized in forensic engineering and building sciences, completing more than 100 cause-and-origin investigations, including over 15 involving multimillion-dollar properties.
Christopher is highly effective at collaborating across both technical and non-technical teams, aligning diverse stakeholders to meet objectives and deadlines with precision and clarity.
